The place was clean, the staff was accommodating, the room was well-organised with a nice bath, fridge, and microwave, and the location was convenient.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had an awesome experience. Fantastic service and wonderful staff. Our room was nice and provided with a microwave, fridge, and handicap bathroom. The location was marvelous, making it easy for traveling around London, next to London, KY, restaurants, and shopping.

The breakfast here was delicious and hearty, including fresh fruit and tasty eggs. Our room was cozy and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was great, close to everything you'd need. 🌟

The room was fairly quiet and had a fridge and microwave. The service was great, and the breakfast was savory and tasty with scrambled eggs, waffles, and more. The hotel's location was convenient, close to restaurants and stores.

We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing breakfast spread at Baymont. Unlike other hotels, they offered a hot breakfast with a variety of options, including eggs, sausage, breads. The service was exceptional, with the helpful desk attendant, Tiffany, going above and beyond to meet our needs. She even baked freshly-made cookies for our family and gave us a package of donuts at check-in. The newly remodeled room and lobby were clean and comfortable. our stay was great and we highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service and special treats.

This place is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, and the delicious breakfast with Gravy, eggs, and scrambled eggs made my stay fantastic.

Incredible location just off the highway and easy to find. The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and kind. As soon as we walked in, we were blown away by the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms and lobby were spotless. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked really clean and inviting. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but they definitely weren't the worst. our stay was mind-blowing and we were pleasantly surprised by the GREAT service and cleanliness of the hotel. We'll definitely be returning in our future travels.

The hotel area was spotlessly clean, the room was well-appointed. The room with refrig & microwave. It was based in nice building in a peaceful location, close to everything.

The hotel's convenient location right off I75 was a major plus for us. It made it easy to find and provided quick access to the interstate. the staff at the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome by giving us a little snack upon arrival and even provided a complimentary bottle of water at checkout. These small gestures really made a difference in our experience.

One aspect that was a bit frustrating for us was the layout of the interior room we stayed in. Going through multiple doors, especially with luggage, was a hassle.

The breakfast in the morning was savoury and hot and complete with eggs and also scrambled eggs. The rooms were neat and brand-new with fridge and microwave and microwave, for example, that's all we needed. Location: the hotel was close to London for a rest-overnight, restaurants and stores, and the Sevierville outlet mall.

Nothing negative to say.

The triple room was affordable, and it came with shower caps and bath sheets; the location was superb, with proximity to a popular outlet mall and various dining and shopping options nearby.
